Weightlifting can appear intimidating and incredibly complex, even for those who have had some exposure to a barbell. We’re here to bring clarity to lifting and present the lifts in their most simple form. Learn the foundations of barbell movements, olympic lifting progressions, and effective strength training. This course is ideal for those interested in learning about weightlifting, want to instill good technique for their own training, or who need refining for CrossFit workouts.
60 minutes, 2 x Week, for 6 weeks
